Overview
Optic disc disorders encompass various conditions affecting the optic nerve head, including primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG). These disorders are characterized by optic nerve damage leading to progressive vision loss, often associated with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP).Diagnosis
