Refund Policy

1. Free Period
HemoChat is provided free of charge through May 31, 2026. No charges are made during this period, so no refunds apply. Paid subscription plans take effect on June 1, 2026; this policy covers those plans.
2. 14-Day Initial Refund
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge by emailing spinaiceo@gmail.com with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
3. Recurring Renewals
After the initial 14-day window, monthly and annual renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support; access to paid features will continue through the end of the already-paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.
4. Exceptions
Refunds outside the 14-day window may be granted on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors on our side.
- Prolonged service outage attributable to HemoChat (> 72 continuous hours).
- Unauthorized charges resulting from a security incident on our platform.
Requests related to these situations should include a description of the issue and, where applicable, relevant timestamps or transaction IDs.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Use (including attempts to enter protected health information, abuse of the service, or fraudulent payment activity) are not eligible for refunds.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email spinaiceo@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address on your HemoChat account.
- The order / transaction reference from your payment receipt.
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve).
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
