Overview
IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide, characterized by deposition of immunoglobulin A in the mesangial areas of the glomeruli, leading to variable clinical outcomes ranging from asymptomatic hematuria to end-stage renal disease 135.Diagnosis
