Overview
Coronary artery fistulas are abnormal connections between a coronary artery and a cardiac chamber or major vessel, often congenital but occasionally acquired. They can lead to hemodynamic disturbances and may require intervention if symptomatic or causing significant shunting 123.Diagnosis
