Overview

Mesenteric artery stenosis involves narrowing of the mesenteric arteries, often due to atherosclerosis, leading to reduced blood flow to the intestines and potentially causing symptoms such as abdominal pain, weight loss, and malabsorption. 6248

Diagnosis

  • Clinical Presentation: Abdominal pain, weight loss, nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
  • Imaging Studies:
