Overview
Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) involves severe peripheral artery disease characterized by ischemic rest pain, non-healing ulcers, or gangrene in the lower extremities, often requiring urgent revascularization to prevent limb loss and improve survival 123.Diagnosis
