Overview
Left ventricular cardiac dysfunction refers to impaired systolic or diastolic function of the left ventricle, often leading to reduced cardiac output and potential heart failure symptoms. It can result from various etiologies including ischemic heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and certain chemotherapeutic agents.Diagnosis
