Overview
Hydronephrosis refers to the dilation of the renal pelvis and calyces due to obstruction of urine flow, often secondary to anatomical abnormalities or calculi. It can be diagnosed antenatally and requires careful management to prevent renal damage 1251425.Diagnosis
