Overview
Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a congenital cardiac anomaly where the left coronary artery arises from the pulmonary artery instead of the aorta, leading to myocardial ischemia and infarction due to inadequate coronary perfusion. 123456789101112131415161718192021222324252627282930313233343536373839404142434445464748495051525354555657585960616263646566676869Diagnosis
