Overview
Veno-occlusive disease (VOD), also known as sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (SOS), is a serious complication characterized by microvascular occlusion in the liver, often following hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) or liver transplantation, leading to hepatomegaly, ascites, and potentially multi-organ dysfunction 125.Diagnosis
