Acute hemorrhagic leukoencephalitis

Overview

Acute hemorrhagic leukoencephalitis is a severe, often rapidly progressive neurological disorder characterized by hemorrhagic necrosis and demyelination in the white matter of the brain, frequently involving brainstem structures and associated with significant morbidity and mortality 234.
