Overview
Sporadic cavernous malformations (SCMs) of the spinal cord are low-flow vascular lesions characterized by dilated sinusoidal vessels without intervening neural tissue. These lesions can lead to neurological deficits due to hemorrhage or mass effect 2.Diagnosis
