Tetralogy of Fallot

Overview

Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a congenital heart defect characterized by four anatomical abnormalities: ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta, right ventricular hypertrophy, and pulmonary stenosis. This condition leads to varying degrees of cyanosis and can result in significant morbidity and mortality if not promptly addressed 123.
