Overview
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory disease primarily affecting the axial skeleton, leading to pain, stiffness, and potential spinal fusion. It is associated with extra-articular manifestations including cardiovascular complications and increased risk of certain cancers 3107.Diagnosis
